Dr. Jonelle Roth is a visiting Professor in the Management Department at Michigan State University, teaching courses in Human Resources Management, Negotiation Skills and Organizational Behavior. She received her PhD in Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois. Her background includes corporate training in team building, negotiation strategies, communication, power and influence, leadership and change management. Dr. Roth’s research in communication, conflict, group decision making and sexual harassment has led to numerous published articles in these subject areas. She is also a trained mediator and has previously served as a volunteer mediator for the court system in Georgia.
