Overview

Focus on the human side of AI — the leadership, the people, and the decisions that determine whether your organization’s AI journey succeeds or stalls. With AI reshaping workflows, roles, and team dynamics across every industry, successful managers need the ability to cut through the noise and focus on what actually matters: leading their people through change with confidence. This starts not with understanding the technology, but with understanding how to guide the humans navigating it.

Many managers today find themselves caught between the pressure to adopt AI and the reality of teams that are uncertain, resistant, or underprepared. Those who understand how to lead through AI-driven change — not just implement tools — have the ability not only to stabilize their teams in the short term, but to build the adaptive, high-performing culture that sustains performance over time.

In this four-week 100% online course, you’ll explore how AI and machine learning are reshaping team roles, daily operations, and the expectations placed on frontline managers. You’ll develop practical leadership approaches to support your team through uncertainty, build AI literacy without a technical background, and guide your people from hesitation to sustained, confident performance. Discover proven frameworks for managing change, motivating adoption, and building an AI-ready team — through real-world scenarios that reflect the challenges managers face every day.
