Strategic Leadership in the Era of AI and Advanced Machine Learning Course
Overview
AI-enabled change does not succeed simply because the technology works. Managers and functional leaders need to determine where change is warranted, how the work should change, what evidence supports the decision, and what people and organizational conditions are needed for the change to take hold.
In this four-week, 100% online course, you’ll build practical managerial judgment for leading AI-enabled change across teams, functions, and the broader organization. You’ll examine how to interpret pressure for change, evaluate organizational and strategic conditions, diagnose business problems and workflows, structure implementation, and work through bias, resistance, readiness, and capability.
The course also looks beyond adoption. You’ll consider where human and AI strengths can create greater value together, how future expertise can be protected as routine work changes, when a workflow should be optimized, redesigned, or reinvented, and what organizational readiness and trust are needed to sustain transformation. No technical AI background is required.
