Overview

Focus on the organizational and strategic side of AI — the frameworks, the decisions, and the leadership approaches that determine whether AI initiatives gain traction or stall before they deliver value. With AI transforming how organizations compete, operate, and allocate resources, mid-level managers and functional leaders need the ability to evaluate opportunities, drive adoption, and align people and strategy around a common direction. This starts not with building AI systems, but with understanding how to lead the humans and organizations navigating the transformation.

Many managers today find themselves caught between senior leadership pushing for faster AI adoption and frontline teams that are resistant, skeptical, or simply underprepared. Those who understand how to bridge that gap — evaluating AI opportunities strategically, overcoming organizational resistance, and scaling initiatives responsibly — have the ability not only to drive successful implementation in the short term, but to build the organizational capability that sustains competitive advantage over time.

In this four-week 100% online course, you’ll explore how AI and advanced machine learning are reshaping organizational strategy, cross-functional operations, and the role of the manager in driving technology-enabled transformation. You’ll develop structured frameworks for evaluating AI opportunities, planning and implementing change, and navigating the bias and resistance that derail most AI initiatives before they reach scale. Discover practical approaches for scaling AI across teams and functions — through real-world scenarios that reflect the complexity and competing pressures managers face every day.
